Each deal we list contains the merchant name and a link to the deal on the merchant's website. Click on this link and follow their instructions for making the purchase.

I purchased a product through a deal on your site and the product is defective or needs to be returned. What can I do?

Please contact the merchant you purchased the product from to determine what their return policy is.

What if I dislike the product?

Allow 48 business hours for troubleshooting or replacement options before sharing your experience online. Rest assured, your cash back eligibility will remain valid as we work together to resolve the issue.

When will I actually get my cash back?

Once you send us your post or video proof (link or screenshot), we'll verify it within 48 business hours. Upon approval, your 100% cashback will process within 3-7 business days.

What payment methods are available?

We offer two convenient options: PayPal refund or Walmart eGift Card*. Select your preference when submitting proofs. All processing fees are covered by us!

*PayPal refunds require verified account. Walmart e-Gift Cards valid for US purchases only.

Do I need to pay extra to participate?

Absolutely not. The "Deal-and-tell" program is completely free to join, you only need to pay for the upfront product cost which will be fully refunded after completing the sharing process. You will not be asked to pay additional fees for this such as membership fees, service fees, etc. The only requirement is your honest feedback!

If I place an order and cancel it/return it for a refund, can I still get my money back?

No. Cashback is subject to you successfully completing the purchase, receiving the item and fulfilling the experience requirements. If an order is canceled or a return for refund occurs, you are not eligible for cashback and will not receive it.

Are Freebie products lower quality?

Never! All items are brand-new, sourced directly from trusted brand partners, and pass rigorous quality checks.

How many free products can I get?

Why do some deals expire before the expiration date you have listed?

Some deals or coupons have an expiration date, but are also limited to a certain number of uses. Once this limit is reached, the deal will expire regardless of the expiration date. In addition, merchants reserve the right to change or cancel deals at their discretion and without notice.
